Marwan Tamimi is a principal and lead architect who guides innovation, responsibility, professionalism, and teamwork in planning and designing healthcare facilities. Marwan has worked on numerous national and international healthcare projects and is involved in the planning, designing, and construction document preparation, code analysis, design guidelines implementation, medical equipment planning, and business operations. He actively involves users in the planning and design process to create a healing, safe, and friendly approach to healthcare facility planning. This provides a competitive edge when sensitively designed and results in the delivery of caring architectural services. Marwan has over 25 years of experience planning, designing, and constructing healthcare facilities.

As CEO of Surgery Center Services of America, Philip’s responsibilities include managing the overall corporate strategy and overseeing the surgery center development and consulting divisions. His previous position as Vice President of Project Management included management of the surgery center development components: financing, architecture, equipment, construction, regulatory affairs for state licensure, and CMS certification. Philip earned his finance BA and an economics minor from Western Washington University.

Ron Blair is Chairman of Surgery Center Services of America. He provides consultative services in ambulatory surgery center planning and development, design, construction, project management, marketing, equipment planning and acquisition, and strategic planning. Mr. Blair has over 48 years of experience in medical and non-medical business operations and has been developing ASCs since 1990.

After graduating from the University of Colorado Denver with a degree in Architecture and Planning, Amin began his career for a firm in Breckenridge, Colorado, designing single-family and multi-family homes. In May of 2021, Amin moved to Arizona to start working with SCSA. His dedication to his projects built a reputation with consultants and clients, cementing value through creative design thinking and strategic problem-solving. Amin’s portfolio spans many project types, including single and multi-family homes, several types of Medical facilities, and corporate workplaces. Amin’s leadership style is hands-on, as he works shoulder-to-shoulder with clients and the consultants involved in each project.

Moe Althaher is an architectural project manager who couples his passion for enhancing the human experience with his extensive knowledge of the design and construction process to deliver sophisticated facility designs to SCSA Healthcare Architects’ clients. He employs his skills in BIM software, building code analysis, interpersonal communication, and construction administration to ensure that projects are complete, code-compliant, and well-coordinated. Moe graduated from Arizona State University in 2021 and began his career specializing in industrial architecture before joining SCSA Healthcare Architects in the fall of 2022 to align with his goal of serving the healthcare community.
